You have a 20 year old AML patient on induction on day 17 with fever not responding to broad spectrum antibiotics and left upper quadrant pain. CT abdomen shows multiple small circumscribed hypo attenuating lesions in liver and spleen s/o hepato splenic candidiasis and hence you start caspofungin. PICC line as well as peripheral blood culture however came on day 21 which showed growth of trichosporon spp. Which antifungal will be least effective in such case ?
