The onset of tropical pulmonary eosinophilia is slow, and the major symptoms are fever, nocturnal cough, dyspnea, and wheezing.
Note: Many patients present with asymptomatic state ans incidentaly detected hypereosinophilia (as this patient in clinical scenario)
